A Visionary Event Transforming MSME Empowerment And Driving Digital Transformation

Honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modi joined the program ‘Creating the Future – Digital Mobility for Automotive MSME Entrepreneurs’ in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, focusing on digital innovation and empowering MSMEs. As a vital entity within the TVS Mobility Group, TVS Industrial and Logistics Parks actively participated in the CII-TVS MOBILITY Centre of Excellence and TVS Open Mobility Platform launch. Inaugurated by Prime Minister Modi, he stressed the pivotal role of MSMEs in contributing to the nation’s GDP.

R. Dinesh, Director of TVS Mobility and CII President, highlighted the open mobility network platform’s role in integrating Indian parts manufacturers into the global supply chain. MyTVS, within the automotive aftermarket ecosystem, will provide digital solutions for MSME scalability. Mr. Ravikumar Swaminathan, Chairman of TVS Industrial and Logistics Parks, demonstrated commitment to digital mobility and MSME growth. A Power-Packed Meeting Of The Minds. UPLWS 2023.

The FICCI Warehousing and Supply Chain Summit witnessed the brilliance of some of the top industry minds, including TVS ILP COO, Mr. Manikandan Ramachandran. The panel discussion was a power-packed session with the stalwarts of the industry. TVS ILP participated in the ‘Global Investors Summit 2023’ at Andhra Pradesh. The summit gave us a unique opportunity to meet partners and prospective customers to showcase our developments PAN India and the opportunities we are exploring in Andhra Pradesh. As a leading company in warehousing and logistics industry, we were excited to showcase our capabilities and offerings at the state pavilion, which saw interests from large corporates, MSMEs as well as start-ups and channel partners.

It was an honour to be graced by Union Minister Nitin Gadkari’s presence at the event. We thank the Andhra Pradesh government to have presented this opportunity to realise the business potential in Andhra Pradesh. We also signed MoU with Govt. of Andhra Pradesh to set up logistics parks in multiple cities in AP, incl. Vijaywada & Visakhapatnam, for investment of over Rs.1,500 cr. Our projects in AP will generate direct employment opportunities for over 500 people.

MoU signed with Govt. of Rajasthan as part of Investment Summit

TVS Industrial and Logistics Park has signed an MoU with the Government of Rajasthan at “Invest Rajasthan 2022” for setting up a Logistics Park in Jaipur.

The MoU was exchanged by TVS ILP represented by our COO, Mr Manikandan R. with Ms. Veenu Gupta, Addl. Chief Secretary, Deptt. Of Industries & Commerce, in presence of Smt. Shakuntala Devi Rawat, Industries & Commerce Minister, Govt. of Rajasthan & various other dignitaries. Invest Rajasthan is the state’s investor outreach program comprising several major investors at the domestic, national and international level, embassy connect programs and virtual seminars which aims at soliciting investment proposals and taking them to fruition.

TVS ILP is looking forward to contribute to Rajasthan’s vibrant and growing business ecosystem, create jobs for locals and help reduce logistic lead times, thereby improving business efficiency and increasing the State’s competitiveness.

Bihar Investors' Meet 2022, Patna

New Logistics Policy, Single Window Clearnaces and SPOCs for companies in BIADA

TVS ILP is working with the Government of Bihar to set-up a logistic park in Bihar as part of its plan to operate pan-India. TVS ILP, represented by the CEO Dr Ramnath Subramaniam was among the prominent organizations who had the opportunity who had the opportunity to share their expectations from the Bihar Government at the Bihar Investors’ Meet 2022, held at Patna. The Meet was conducted in the presence of Shri Nitish Kumar, Hon’ble Chief Minister of Bihar, Shri Tejashwi Prasad Yadav, Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister of Bihar and Shri Samir Kumar Mahaseth, Minister of Industries, Govt. of Bihar amongst other dignitaries.

The CM at the Meet announced that a new Logistics policy is being framed, keeping in mind the problems faced in establishing industries in the past, which will pave way for a ‘Single-Window’ clearance for multiple approvals in Bihar. The Meet was attended by several investors who also sought benefits and exemptions with respect to Taxes, Stamp Duty & Registration fees along with immediate clearances on Land Conversion & Mutation.

The Bihar Government also allayed investors’ fears about law and order in the state and also announced that there will be SPOCs for each organization in Bihar Industrial Area Development Authority (BIADA).

Meeting with Hon'ble CM of Madhya Pradesh and MPIDC at Invest India 2022

To mark our presence in Central India, our team reached out to MP Govt. in September 2022 to discuss investment opportunities. Following our initial discussion, MPIDC team proposed land to set up logistics park in multiple locations and welcomed TVS ILP to come as state partner for logistics.

Our CEO, Dr. Ramnath Subramaniam also had a one-to-one meeting with Hon. CM, Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan on 10th Nov, 2022 in Mumbai. The meeting was part of a roadshow organized by Govt. of Madhya Pradesh. Chief Minister very proudly welcomed us & assured us of full support in land as well as approvals to enable us to become operational at the earliest. He also invited us to participate in Global Investor Summit 2023 to be held in Indore on 11th & 12th January 2023 & join as state’s logistics partner.

TVS ILP as an end-to-end infrastructure solutions provider for the Manufacturing sector as well as Logistics & Warehousing

TVS ILP was a Star Investor at the prestigious ‘Make in Odisha Conclave 2022’, an investor summit of the Government of Odisha, represented by our CEO Dr Ramnath Subramaniam, COO Mr Manikandan R and the team. The key focus of MIO 2022 conclave was to highlight the states policy and regulatory framework towards investors and entrepreneurs focusing on emerging business opportunities, investments and the business ecosystem across key sectors that the State of Odisha offers.

Our team was granted the opportunity to speak about TVS ILP wherein highlight was drawn on TVS ILP being an integrated infrastructure solutions provider in the logistics and warehousing space to its customers across various verticals. Further, the customer centric approach followed by TVS ILP in line with its vision of being the most trusted leader in the integrated infrastructure solutions industry was also highlighted. TVS ILP is looking at developing a multi-diverse user logistic park in Odisha which in turn would create employment opportunities for locals, both direct as well as indirect. TVS ILP was one out of only two companies who got the opportunity to speak at the segment, in the presence of the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Odisha, Shri Naveen Patnaik and some of the country’s most prolific business leaders.

The sessions also covered various aspects about how the state has the potential to grow from the current level to global scale in both the organized and unorganized sectors across several industries. The State has attracted major investments in Steel and Aluminum projects and will emerge as the global hub in these sectors by the turn of this decade, the CM further stated while adding that State Government is ambitious to develop Odisha in other sectors too.
